Uslovi Otkazivanja Porudžbine
Ukoliko želite da otkažete svoju porudžbinu, molimo vas da nas kontaktirate najkasnije 48 sati pre planirane isporuke naručenih proizvoda. U suprotnom, smatraćemo da je porudžbina potvrđena i naplatićemo vam puni iznos na zakazani dan isporuke. Takođe, možete nas kontaktirati putem email-a na info@tonycourt.com.
Isporuka
Vreme isporuke za porudžbine je između 2 i 5 radnih dana.
Isporuke unutar Srbije vrše kurirske službe koje posluju na području teritorije Republike Srbije. Troškovi isporuke se naplaćuju posebno od strane kurirske službe i Tony Court nema uticaja na te troškove, osim ako nije drugačije navedeno ili uključeno u određene promocije ili specijalne uslove navedene na našem zvaničnom sajtu. Politika Povrata
Ukoliko iz bilo kog razloga niste zadovoljni našom uslugom ili proizvodom, ili vam veličina ne odgovara, možete vratiti naručeni proizvod U ROKU OD 7 DANA od datuma isporuke. Pošaljite nam email na info@tonycourt.com i opišite razlog povrata. Ako menjate proizvod za drugu veličinu, jednostavno to navedite u svom email-u.
Jedini uslov je da vraćeni proizvod bude u originalnom stanju, nekorišćen, sa svim prodajnim etiketama. Zaposleni Tony Court-a zaduženi za povrate obavezni su da vam odgovore u roku od 24 sata od prijema vašeg email-a. Ako želite da vratite proizvod, samo navedite to u email-u – ne morate navoditi poseban razlog. Ako povrat ispunjava sve gore navedene uslove, Tony Court online prodavnica će vam refundirati novac ili zameniti predmet u vrednosti vaše porudžbine. Ako se utvrdi da neki od navedenih uslova nije ispunjen, zahtev za povrat neće biti obrađen.
Trošak povratne isporuke, odnosno slanja paketa nazad Tony Court-u, snosi kupac koji vraća robu.
Povrat Sredstava
Povrat sredstava će biti izvršen u punom iznosu kupcu, bez obzira na razlog povrata, nakon što se utvrdi da su svi gore navedeni uslovi povrata ispunjeni.
Pristanak i Izmene Uslova
Korišćenje naših usluga podrazumeva saglasnost korisnika sa navedenim uslovima korišćenja. Tony Court online prodavnica se obavezuje da će se pridržavati svega navedenog, a sve izmene uslova stupiće na snagu tek nakon objavljivanja na ovoj stranici i slanja email obaveštenja svim registrovanim korisnicima.

Order Cancellation Terms
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us no later than 48 hours before the planned delivery of the ordered goods. Otherwise, we will consider the order as confirmed, and you will be charged the full amount on the scheduled delivery day. You can also contact us via email at info@tonycourt.com.
Delivery
The delivery time for orders is between 2 and 5 business days.
Deliveries within Serbia are handled by the PostExpress courier service or another courier service with which Tony Court collaborates for delivery. Delivery costs are charged separately unless otherwise specified or included in certain promotions or special conditions listed on the official website. The delivery cost, if applicable, depends on the weight and value of the package, not the delivery location. For more information on shipping costs, please visit the courier company’s website.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service or product, or if the size doesn’t fit, you can return the ordered product WITHIN 7 DAYS from the delivery date. Please send us an email at info@tonycourt.com and describe the reason for the return. If you are exchanging the product for a different size, simply mention that in your email.
The only condition is that the returned product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all the sales tags intact. Tony Court’s employees responsible for returns are required to respond to you within 24 hours of receiving your email. If you wish to return the product, simply state this in your email – you don’t need a specific reason. If the return meets all the above-mentioned conditions, Tony Court’s online shop will refund your money or replace the item at the value of your order. If it is determined that any of the above conditions have not been met, the return request will not be processed.
The cost of return shipping, i.e., sending the package back to Tony Court, is borne by the customer returning the goods.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in full to the customer, regardless of the reason for the return, once it has been determined that all the above-listed return conditions have been met.

Using our services implies user consent to the stated terms of use. Tony Court’s online shop commits to adhering to everything mentioned above, and any changes to the terms will become effective only after being posted on this page and sending an email notification to all registered users.
